BOOKING POLICY

EKG’s training courses fill up quickly, often months in advance. As such, a valid company Purchase Order (PO) or credit card number must be provided upon registration to guarantee space in your course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations by EKG

Although EKG rarely cancels or changes dates for scheduled programs, the company reserves the right to do so at any time. In the event a course is canceled, participants will be offered their choice of either alternative dates and locations for training or a full refund.

Please note that participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and EKG assumes no liability for any costs, including non-refundable tickets, which may be incurred by participants in the unlikely event of a course being rescheduled.

Cancellations by participants

EKG understands that unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise to prevent attendance, which is why we offer one of the most generous cancellation policies in the industry. A full refund (minus credit card fees, where applicable) will be offered so long as notification – in writing via email, fax or mail – is received four or more weeks prior to your course start date. Cancellations made with less than four weeks written notice will be subject to an administrative fee equal to 25% of the course cost, and no refund will be offered if less than two weeks notice is given.

In all instances, would-be participants may select an alternative date and location for training so long as it takes place in the following 12 months - or choose to take the course by correspondence - without penalty.

Please note it is the participant’s responsibility to confirm EKG’s receipt of their cancellation notification.

Substitutions

The substitution of one participant for another for a specific enrollment will be accepted provided the substitute meets course prerequisites, where applicable.

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they have read and understand EKG’s cancellation policy.
