A national healthcare services provider was interested in refining their Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) program. They offer this service to their corporate clients who recognize the value of conducting physical tests of job candidates before formally hiring them to ensure they are capable of performing the physical demands of the job tasks. It was an area of growth for their business, and they recruited EKG to help optimize their POET program.
EKG worked with several key members of their organization to review the elements of their existing program. EKG was then mandated to update the POET documentation. A paradigm shift to a more occupational emphasis versus clinical rehabilitative modality was incorporated.

EKG was then contracted to develop the POET regiment to be used for a fortune 500 client. This organization was hiring 1500-1800 employees in 2 provinces. EKG developed field assessments of the related jobs, physical testing battery, pass fail criteria, and all supporting documentation. EKG educated POET testers from the healthcare service provider on how to administer the test battery, analyze the results and deliver results to the client.
