Supervisors play a critical role in the workplace. This course makes supervisors and managers aware of their legal duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and various regulations. Course participants will gain a sound foundation of health and safety knowledge, and will have an increased understanding of how competent supervisors advance workplace safety. The course is modular in design allowing firms to meet their specific needs and select only those areas of interest.
